Theorem One Capital was founded by Kevin Rice, a two-time exited entrepreneur and operator with over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital companies. Prior to Theorem One, Kevin co-founded Hathway, a digital consultancy that helped Fortune 500 brands grow through proprietary technology and data-driven strategy. Today, Theorem One brings that same operator’s mindset to early-stage investing — combining capital with hands-on guidance to help Ai-native companies turn early insight into enduring market leadership.
